A cellar is a place for storing and producing wine. It can vary in size from small family installations to large commercial installations. In wineries, grapes are generally processed to produce wine, going through stages such as crushing, fermentation, aging and bottling. Furthermore, cellars are also designed to store wine under appropriate conditions of temperature, humidity and light, in order to preserve its quality and flavor over time.
